Louisiana consistently ranks in the top 3 for new HIV cases. A fire this morning in Gilliam resulted in the deaths of 2 people. Authorities are still investigating. Shreveport F.D. were called to an abandoned building Sunday night for a 2-alarm fire they believe was intentionally set. Today was the kickoff for Shreveports Month of Women Celebration.
