TONIGHT at 5pm we will be tapping Esthers Lil Secret a collaboration beer using Esther Price Candies caramel & infusing that into a holiday scotch ale Made by Warped Wing Brewing Company, it has an ABV of 6.5% & an IBU of only 22. Esther’s is red in color with brown highlights. Aromas of nutty/bread and warming hints of caramel. The flavor is full bodied with a malty sweetness and a very low bitterness. There is also a sweetness throughout that finishes with a kiss of Esther Price’s signature caramel. Slight roast characteristics complement the maltiness rounding out the flavor. We will be tapping it at 5 pm for an early start to our Aces Club.
