When Camstar spat his first line under Alpha Ent, everybody thought he was going to be trouble. That didn’t go well after that track as Capital became one of the most disappointing artist signed to a big label. Camstar was supposed to be the biggest artist of the year but things didn’t work according to people’s wishes. Despite the flaws ,Camstar had some sick flows. Camstar landed a killer verse on Tommy D’s LSK 100. Capital C also released Puchwana featuring Pilato. With K.R.Y.T.I.C beef pending ,Camstar needs to raise his bars a bit higher than he did last year otherwise it will be the Verbal Assasin way. 4. Stevo. Stevo started the year on a high note but in the end looked to have run out of ideas. Stevo started the year well with Chikwati where he gave opinions on marriage. Stevo then came with Blood Pressure a song characterized with biological references. Stevo cameback with another scientific rap-trap song with scientific references Nilipamutunda .Unlike Blood Pressure, Nilipamutunda carried Mathematical references. Despite the constant bragging of how hard he is on the mic, Stevo backed down the K’chinga beef .However, he did better than his rival though K’chinga can brag about being a more recognized rapper at the international level after attending some Award shows outside Zambia. 3. Pacman.Not really the best rapper on the list but was the most impressive. No one had written more songs than Pacman among rappers signed in 2013 than Pacman . When most rappers are busy tweeting instead of spitting, White Rapper from Urban Choas was the only rapper who released a mixtape among Rappers signed in 2013. Hardworking lyricist Pacman featured on two mixtapes ,one was the collaborative Urban ChaoS “Badinthecountry” and the other was his own solo conception mixtape “F.U.I.U”. His mixtape was based on drug usage. The tape had songs like Smoking in the sun, Rolling Stoned, Feel Alright,Its UC, Molly, Proud to be a Stoner etc. On the Urban Chaos mixtape he featured on songs like Urban Chaos Cypher, God Knows, G Shit and Lemons.
