TOP DOG CANCELLATION POLICY It is recommended that you sign up in advance for all classes. This can be done by logging into your member area @ topdog-training.biz Your reservation will be held until classes begins with a 5 minute grace period. In order to remove yourself from a TOP DOG FITNESS Class you must log into the member area and cancel your class. We require all classes be cancelled 12 hours prior to the start of class. If you have an unlimited membership, failure to cancel class 12 hours prior to class start time will result in a NO SHOW FEE of $15. If you have class credits you will loose a credit. GOING ON VACATION? 6 Week Unlimited memberships may be froze up to one week per calendar year. Please inform us 1 week prior to your trip/vacation. Thank you for your cooperation! Top Dog Staff
