Easy taking their time to provide documents means the consumer is getting frustrated which means the consumer will rather leave it then continue. Does it not show you that the bank and/or dealership has something to hide from you when they are reluctant? Question you must ask yourself now is - WHAT are they trying to hide? WHY are they not being transparent with you?
