#TOPTIP How many sales are you losing without knowing it? Lets think about it for a moment ... Step into the buyers shoes (or perhaps slippers in this case). Youve got 5 minutes before the kids wake up and you NEED to buy a present for your sisters birthday, so you browse through a few pages on your interest lists. Page 1: Found something you love and know your sister will love, but no price. Hmmmm, really need to know now so you can make a decision. Next page. Page 2: Lots of beautiful wares but most of the photos are in the Timeline album and its a bit hard to tell at a glance whether theyre custom made sales or current stock. Bit confusing. Next page. Page 3: You head to the albums, find the category youre after. The stock is priced and available. You head to the About section/Notes section to see how quickly stock is posted. All the boxes are ticked. SOLD! You message the page and get the ball rolling. It really does make a difference, knowing exactly what youre looking at and how to find out what you need to know. Not only is it time consuming to have to ask lots of questions, but its a bit daunting sometimes if you start working with the business owner, only to find out down the track that you cant in fact afford their wares, or it wont be posted quickly enough for your current needs. Only takes a few minutes to sort out your page. Take a step back and look at it from a customers point of view. Better yet, get someone else to give you feedback. Maybe post to your page for customer feedback! #htlmp
