TOTALLY TICKED OFF!!!! I got a letter from Verizon Saturday. It says I owe money from my account that was canceled in March. They were trying to change the amount I was paying on my business account that they had bought from MCI worldcom. When I told them they couldnt change unless I agreed because it was bought under contract I was screamed at; not yelled but screamed at by Steve. I told him to cancel it I didnt agree with the conditions and did what they always do to me and hung up. Im told today they have no record of that happening, which is what I always hear from them. If you are considering going with Verizon I strongly suggest you reconsider. I will go to another state for phone service before I use Verizon. Just saying!
