TOTD: I dont like when people say, My life is an open book. That should not be the case. We create more stress when we involve unneccessary people in our relationships, work life, family, finances, spirituality, etc. Some things should remain private information. When people know everything about you, that gives them more ammunition with which to judge you. Do yourself a favor and stop sharing so much sensitive information with others.
