TOTD: Manoeuvere Warfare. I highly recommend sitting down, and watching this video on Manoeuver Warfare. It talks about what Manoeuvere Warfare is really all about. It has Boyd in it, Lind, Chet, Sun Tzu and Clausewitz, destroy versus defeat in it, Systems theory, Queen vs King chess theory, and a multitude of other theories--all combined to explain what this is all about. It is also presented in very clear and easy to understand way. Once you watch this and think about it, then the next exercise is to look at your own organization and evaluate how it would react to an attack by someone armed with this kind of knowledge? Ask yourself if Daash has learned and used a form of manoeuvere warfare? Ask yourself if your organizations decision making cycle can work faster than an enemy like Daash or Al Qaeda or any other potential threats/competitors out there? Once you guys really dig into the weeds of this kind of thing, then you come to the same conclusions that I have on how important #EBFAS and good leadership really is.
