TRACKING NUMBER FOR PROOFS IN MY HANDS!! AS SOON AS DHL ANSWER THEIR PHONES, I SHOULD KNOW THEIR PRESENT POSITION.....MEANWHILE....LETS TALK BREADFRUIT!!!! Breadfruit running at the moment. So much we can do with this most delightful fruit...brought here from Tahiti by Captain Blight via St. Vincent with the intention of making it cheap food for slaves many moons ago (according to history they were not happy with it at all and the whole movement failed). However...breadfruit, allowed to grow without being nyamed up into extinction, multiplied itself, and we Caribbean people adore and are thankful to have it...been here so long we almost have given breadfruit its Caricom passport..ooops! sorry...forgot... dem still working on Caricom passports after 40 years...hmmm. So forget passport...just go out there and buy or pick...mashed with garlic, baked in a pie with bacon & cheese, made into hash browns (instead of those nasty US hash browns imported and given at breakfast in restaurants yuk!), oil-dong (lawd dah sweet), placed in soups and souse, even made into flour...this is one delicious handful!!! Love me a breadfruit...going to get one TODAY SELF!!!
