TRAFFIC ADVISORY - SATURDAY, SEPTEMBER 6 For Lancaster Craft Beerfest, the 100 block of North Queen Street will move to a one lane closure at 10 AM on Saturday, September 6. RRTA will close the Binns Park bus stop at 10 AM and move it around the corner onto West Chestnut Street at the Hotel Lancaster. The 100 block of North Queen Street will close completely beginning at 2 PM. The block will reopen at 8 PM after the event. DETOUR: Traffic will be re-routed west on West Orange Street to North Mulberry Street, north on North Mulberry Street to West Lemon Street, east on West Lemon Street to North Queen Street. Here, traffic can turn north onto North Queen Street or continue east on East Lemon Street.
