TRAFFIC ALERT: Westbound lanes of the Western KY Parkway are CLOSED until later this morning due to a tractor-trailer accident involving lumber at the Green River Bridge near mile marker 65. If you need to go west on the WKY, you will need to detour at the Beaver Dam exit (US 231), go left on US 62 to Central City, then rejoin the WKY off of US 431. The driver of the truck was not seriously injured according to reports.
