TRAILBLAZERS!!!!....WEEK 4........ TONIGHT.... meet at Moorhayes 6.15pm PROMPT!....then off to yet another secret location. Tonight is going to be a tough one.....there is a cut off point for my novices (who are getting fitter each week)....but the main route will be long, hilly with tough terrain. PLEASE MAKE SURE.... you run with a RUNNING BELT where you can carry WATER, Mobile Phone and a sugary treat......I carry a ruck sack with ALL that you need in it so do not worry if you forget anything..........Great weather today, we have been so lucky so far................ TUESDAY MORNING HILL REP SESSION..... 8.45am at Moorhayes! followed by 10.00am....KETTLERCISE!
