Tuesday, November 5 from 6:30-7:30 Thursday, November 7 from 6:30-7:30 Sign-Up Fee $45 Trailhands Wrestling is a program that is fun and safe. Through wrestling, kids develop strength, balance, flexibility, endurance and most importantly, confidence in their abilities. These attributes are the basis of all competitive sports. Exposure to wrestling will help your child excel in other sports such as football, soccer, track and much more. The Trailhands program is a great place for kids from K - 8th grade to be introduced to the sport of wrestling through practices and both team and individual competitions. Parents with or without wrestling experience are needed to help coach.
