Roles and Responsibilities of Trustees 4th February 2015 LCVS Dale Street It is important for trustees to be aware of their roles and responsibilities to ensure their organisation is effective and compliant, but also to reduce the risk of the organisation and themselves being held liable when things go wrong. Negotiation and Influencing Skills 16-17 February 2015 Trafford Hall, Wimbolds Cheshire Tenant panels, scrutiny groups, and other organisations representing tenants and communities, can only be effective if they are able to wield influence. But we can’t force people to support our objectives;genuine long-term support can only be achieved through negotiation and influencing- key skills for community representatives. This course has proven extremely popular with people striving to improve their neighbourhoods, communities and local services. Find out how you can persuade social landlords and other service-providers to make the changes your community needs.
