TROPICAL UPDATE We have Tropical Storm Dolly in the Bay of Campeche. Tropical storm warnings are in effect along the central eastern coast of Mexico. The storm will approach the Mexican coast late tonight and move inland by tomorrow morning. The system will bring additional tropical moisture to South Texas. Rain chances will be limited to the coastal regions. We will not see much, if any impact here. Other impacts along the coast will be rip currents with slightly higher tides. Winds and seas will increase off shore.
