PREPARATION MARINADE : 1.Add the fennel seeds, dill, bay leaf, yogurt, pepper, balsamic vinegar, juniper berries, mixed herbs, rosemary, paprika, lemon juice, olive oil, malt vinegar. BROWN THE CHICKEN : 1.Put the chicken in the bowl with the butter, bacon, and bay leaf. 2.On HIGH for 2 minutes, turn over, on HIGH for 2 minutes. 3.Take chicken and bacon out, leave the butter in. SAUCE : 1.Chop the celery, carrots, parsnip, mushrooms, sweet pepper, fennel, onion, and garlic, on HIGH for 10 minutes. 2.Stir in the flour, and egg. 3.Add the salt, soy, rice, tomato soup, bovril, and four cans of water. 4.On HIGH for 20 minutes. 5.Add the salt, on HIGH for 10 minutes. 6.Leave to cool in the microwave for 10 minutes.
