TROYS SONG OF THE DAY- Silent Night by Boys To Men. Originally founded in 1988, BTM started out as a r&b quartet which originally consisted of Michael McCary, Nathan Morris, Wanya Morris, & Shawn Stockman on Motown Records. In 1992, their release of End of the Road went to number one in Billboard & stayed there for 13 weeks; surpassing Elvis Presleys long held record for longevity in that position. BTM is among the top groups to hold the number one position, & they still hold the record for a single as the number one position in the charts for One Sweet Day, which was a duet with Mariah Carey, which stayed number one for an un- presidented 16 weeks. Silent Night was released in November of 1993, & is from the album Christmas Interpretations. One of my all time favorite renditions of this Christmas classic; Silent Night is my mothers favorite Christmas sing, so I dedicate this one to you MOM!! I love you so much!!!
