TRUE LEADERSHIP The mark of a true leader is to see others soar. In creating their platforms, they dont just see themselves on the stage of life, but see a host of others along their side. Herein lies Jesus thought that His disciples would do greater works. Greatness breaks forth when the one stirs up the many, not when the many stir up the one. Do your part to help someone else shine today. Empower your child to manage a key role in the home. Empower your team member to lead a key meeting or make an important presentation. Empower others in the church to teach and lead in ministry. I see a day emerging in which success will not be credited to certain personalities; it will be credited to an entire community.
