TRY A BARBELL COMPLEX TODAY!! Complexes have a fat burning and strength building effects, and they require very little equipment or time. They are simply a series of movements performed with a barbell, dumbbell(s), or kettlebell(s) where you finish each rep of one movement before quickly moving onto the next movement.They can be done after your regular workout as a fat-burning, muscle-shaping finisher. Here is an example, try do 6 reps of the 8 exercises rest for 60 seconds then go down to 5 rest again... continue until youve completed 1 rep of each exercise.
