TRY THIS OUT Fried Fish - Black Pomfret (Halwa) Ingredients: Chilli powder, turmeric, crushed pepper and tomato ketchup. Olive oil Rice flour Salt as per taste Fish thin sliced, dipped n drained in salt water. Marinate the fish with above ingredients for 30 mins. Sprinkle or dab the fish with rice flour before pan frying. As the fish is thinly sliced, it will absorb less oil. The olive oil enhances the flavour. Healthy, simple and tasty.
