#TRYITTUESDAY CORE-TASTIC WORKOUT!! Refer to video and text breakdown below. And as always if you have questions, please feel free to ask in comment section! Many of you have asked for ab-targeted workouts!! Though Im a firm believer in engaging your core during ALL exercises.....here is a specific one for you guys. Take it slow --- it may be different from my usual cardio CRUSHERS on Tuesday.....BUT that is not to say you arent working just as hard. The things you probably dont want to spend time on (i.e. stability and core related exercises), are the ones you need most! Get a little warm-up in on your own and add whatever else you would like if this isnt difficult enough. 4 CORE-TASTIC MOVES 1) Cross body mountain climber X 50 2) Runner lunge mountain climber X 20 3) Side plank to side reach through (alternating) X 20 4) Opposite arm, opposite leg tuck ups (try and touch your elbow to that opposite knee when crunching through) X 15 each side **If one time through is not enough, challenge yourself to 2-3 rounds** FEEL FREE TO RE-SHARE OR POST YOUR CHECK-IN PICTURES TO THE PAGE!!
