#TT Happy Tuesday Just Shift It legends, Sarah and Carrie here from Ivy League Personal Training and Anthea is here training with us today. We are 1 week into using our 30 day Energy and performance pak in conjunction with our fitness training to get us prepped for fitness competition. Check out todays high intensity interval training circuit that you can complete with a partner, a group or even by yourself. So we are transitioning from 1 minute on the cardio equipment then onto the activity station for 1 minute each. Work your way through each transition!
