Dawson has directed that my motion for an extension of didnt disclose enough urgent circumstances for me to have a live hearing and it will be treated in writing. (The Crown how has 10 days to respond). She also directed that the 6 Notices of Appeal filed on time, (7, Stephen Burrows filed his online before midnight) were to be filed! Theyre in. That means everyone else who is not late, recent filers who were only stayed when they filed, are on time and can submit their Notices of Appeal through the same online process they submitted their Statement of Claim. When you submit a new document to your current file, click Notice of Appeal then arrange to pay the $50 and its officially, one step away from the top if youd like to join those of us trying to get into the Supreme Court in Ottawa Mar 31, the day before the big April 1 protest in Ottawa. All they can do is put the motion off to until after Mar 31 but Ive put in a whole page in the Affidavit where you can detail the harms losing their permits at the end of the month will entail. Anything you can think to say to a guy with power to grant you protection from the prohibitions because he believes youre in medical need.
