Taarak Mehta Ka Ooltah Chasmah 24th July 2013 Written Episode The Episode starts with Bhide calling Taarak and telling him about the notice. Popatlal calls Iyer and asks him to come to the society as its a serious matter. Iyer asks what happened. Sodhi gets a call from Dr. Haathi. Haathi asks him to come to the society soon. Bhide, Popatlal and Haathi tell about the problem to them on phone. Taarak, Iyer and Sodhi gets shocked. Bhide asks Taarak to inform jethalal about it. Dayaben asks Madhavi what happened. Taarak calls jethalal and tells him that Bhide told me about the letter, he tells him everything. jethalal says how can this happen and he is shocked too. jethalal says I will also come there soon. Babuji comes in the compound and sees everyone talking. He asks what happened, Popatlal says its society’s matter. Babuji then asks Bhide, even he says its society’s matter. Babuji then asks Haathi. Even he says the same. The ladies ask the same question, and they say the same answer. Babuji is annoyed and asks what is the matter. Haathi says I don’t know it completely, I will find it. He leaves. Dayaben asks Babuji to be calm. The women come in the compound too. They discuss about the letter. They say we all received the letters. Babuji says you should have asked whats in the letter. Babuji is irritated. They say we have not read the letter. Sodhi brings everyone. They ask for Bhide. Babuji asks why is everyone tensed. jethalal says its the society’s matter. Babuji shouts on him. Dayaben explains him why Babuji is angry. jethalal says we don’t know, we will find out and tell you. Bhide asks did everyone come, everyone come in the clubhouse. They all gather is the clubhouse. Bhide tells everyone about the problem. He says we all got the letter, we actually got a notice from the owner of this land. They are saying our society is made illegally. Everyone are shocked. Popatlal says we should show them our documents. Bhide says if we have the land on our name, we will have to give them 50 crore rupees. Everyone are stunned by the amount. Babuji faints. Everyone pick him up. Babuji says 50 crores? Bhide says if we don’t pay, we will have to vacant our houses, we will be blamed for illegal staying and ca n be jailed too. Babuji reacts to this. Everyone say how can this happen. Sodhi overreacts and shouts like Sunny Deol. He breaks the chair. Everyone asks him to be calm. jethalal tries to explain him. Everyone fear of Sodhi. jethalal says we have to think about the problem, not get angry. There has to be some solution. Taarak says we should talk with our builder Mahesh Bhai. Haathi says why will we give the money. Bhide says I spoke to Mahesh Bhai and there is no way out. Mahesh bhai has taken sanyaas and went to Himalayas. Everyone are tensed. jethalal says even we have to go to himalayas if we don’t get a solution., Haathi says I cannot go to himalayas. Taarak asks do we have the documents. Bhide says yes. Bhide says our builder is not here, we can’t do anything. Bhide says we have to either give 50 crore else leave our houses. Everyone are shocked. Someone comes and says come in the compound and see what happened. Everyone rush outside. Someone writes that this land belongs to Mak associates. They get the same notice on board.
