Tabata sets, four will finish me off nicely (mixture of bike, bag work and KBs) plus some clams- great exercise to get into those hips and glutes. Lie on your side (with the band adds resistance) and hips stacked on top of each other upper body resting on floor, heels touching. Open/hinge your top leg whilst pulling against band, lower down keeping resistance. Try 3-4 sets of 10-15 each leg #newoutlookpt #newoutlookfitness
