Tag office made a mistake the last time I was there. The state employee that made a mistake filled out paperwork (I) must mail in order for me to get a refund. State sends me a letter stating state law prohibits refunds on this type of vehicle. I just spent 45 mins on hold listening to BS music to have the computer generated voice tell me to call back later. Does anyone know how to spell BULLSHIT ??!!!!
