Take 5 Thursday - The San Antonio Spurs crushed the Thunder by 35 points to take a 2-0 series lead. The NBA Finals rematch of Spurs-Heat looks like a strong possibility. This time I think the Spurs finish the job. - The Blackhawks were up 2-1 going into the third period. I was feeling pretty good and then I blinked and the Kings scored 5 goals in the third period to rout the Blackhawks 6-2. Stunning. - There is no reason to panic if youre a Blackhawks fan. This team has given us no reason to believe they cant recover from anything. - Word is that Kevin Love is interested in the Bulls and maybe Carmelo Anthony. Which one would you rather have? I cant decide but I just hope the Bulls dont swing and miss like in 2010 free agency and we end up with a Carlos Boozer type. - I feel so bad for Jeff Samardzija. He has the best ERA in the majors at 1.46. He has zero wins in 10 starts. He deserves better than the Cubs. Are Cubs fans starting to lose faith in the Theo Epstein era? I still believe in the future but my confidence is waning.
