Take down that flag. It offends me ! : Something NEVER said by Canadians about the Stars & Stripes while visiting or living in the United States of America. In fact , while visiting America, this Canadian purchased the Stars & Stripes for a home that wasnt flying one. Personally, I was offended by how few homes and businesses were flying their national flag. When there are complaints about the Stars & Stripes being displayed, privately or in business, Dean Forwards rule of thumb is to raise another flag for every complaint and suggest to the complainer a speedy return to the shithole from whence they crawled out of if the flag is that offensive. The Stars & Stripes can be found flying in many places here in Canada. As Americans , the offense would have to be that there are such people living in and benefiting from your country that have the unmitigated gall to register a complaint about the flag of honour that represents the United States of America at its best. In a perfect world a fist in the nose or a foot up their behind would be how we would both duly note and register their complaint about the flag Betsey Ross sewed for her nation.
