Taken from an earlier post...this post will explain the attached photos. I was paired up with 5 year old Krishayla, who was also accompanied by her 6 year old brother, Krishawn. Krishayla had more energy than all six of my grandkids combined. There were four buses and I was in the last one. The escort was part of the Shop with Cops program. Over 100 kids paired up with police officers and state troopers. The kids were treated to breakfast, lunch a $100 spending spree at the Meijers store on Alexis, photos with Santa Claus, Ronald McDonald, and a special visit by the cast of Frozen. All of the referrals for the youngsters came from the Children Services Bureau. A great day for all, plenty of fun and lots and lots of sugar.
