Takfeer now is a serious accusation. However, If Takfeer is agreed upon to be part of the Deen, then the issue must become: was the Takfeer done like Allah and his messenger want it to be done I.E based on Daleels or was it made following desires and whims? If the first applies then there is no point in calling a man who has done rightful Takfeer a Takfeerey just like they would not call a Muslim who makes Takfeer on a Buddhist a Takfeerey, if asked, they will answer by saying that this case is different because we know from Qur’an and Sunnah that this man is a Kaafir; this is the right answer and should have been applied whenever the status of Kufr is attributed to a man. They also be asked: if the Takfeer is done properly and is based on Daleel, would you call the ones who have done it Takfeereys? If the answer is yes, then the next question would be: do you call those who pray in the right or wrong way Salaateys or Namaazeys? If they answer is negative, the point would become self evident. They at last would have to say: we call you that because of your Ghuluw (extremism) in Takfeer. Extreme Takfeer is one that is either unrelated to the Daleel and follows no particular pattern or is based on wrong Daleels. Then the accusation would become: is our Takfeer of those whom we consider Kuffar based on strong Daleels or not, to verify this claim in a way that would lead us to Jannah, name calling is unnecessary; it is however useful to examine their involvement in speaking about the Munkar of their countries and communities coming from the Taghut or others and compare it with the time and energy they spend calling us Khawaarij, one will then find a very interesting resemblance to a certain sect in them, this sect is known for: 1- Leaving Kuffar alone and being enemies of the Muslims. 2- Having an Islamic exterior that would make a Muslim in comparison feel inferior. 3- Having a minor understanding of the Deen. Who leaves the Taghut in all its forms and concentrates on the Muwahhidun, calling them the worst names in Islamic history while corruption and Kufr are spread around them? Who takes care of their exterior (praying in Jamaa’ah, seeking knowledge, beard, Miswaak, white short robes, Kufi)? Who makes Walaa’ and Baraa’ based on these exterior rituals of Islam while leaving all the matters of ‘Aqeedah to the ‘ulama? What is certainly sad is that they call by these names even those who are not like us but just happened to be in the fronts of Jihad when the war against Russia (the enemy of America) ended and the war against their god (America) started; we have almost nothing in common with these fighters and we do not endorse their methodology, however, it is a curious thing to watch them change their Walaa’ and Baraa’ with the changing of the political tide. One of the pillars of Islam and Qadhaa’ in particular is the rule that was taken from the Hadeeth of Ibn ‘Abbas in the Saheeh “Those who claim a thing must provide a proof and those who deny it (in the absence of a proof) are to swear to their innocence”
