Taking Varad Giris comment seriously, Ive added some morphological cues to the Nyctibatrachus picture I had posted earlier . This frog was found on rocks near a stream in Coorg, Jan 2014 at around 11:00 PM. I feel this looks like Nyctibatrachus karnatakaensis because of the following characteristics : 1. Rounded snout with a very prominent Y shape fold. 2. Strong fold from eye to shoulder 3. Heavily wrinkled skin on the dorsum 4. Distally rounded dorso-terminal grooves on the 3rd Finger and the 4th Toe. Comments and criticism are most welcome.
