Taking a leadership class my last semester and I have found it so interesting and inspiring. I understand why I never stayed at most jobs as I usually found the leadership to be lacking, yet I never realized it was because of my capacity to be a leader that made it hard to be subordinate. I am crazy enough to think I can change the world and I see even more leadership in Gillian. I tell her and others all the time that she will change the world and this commercial speaks of her wonderful flaws of not fitting in, questioning authority, and being bossy. She will change the world, just wait and see!
