Taking a quick coffee break (granddaughter got me the aweswome Twelve Coffees Of Christmas Pak) kitchen wiped down again for hundredth time. When I cook I wash each pan and utensil immediately after use. Im a neat freak in the kitchen can not stand to see a dirty dish ,spoon etc. in the sink as I cook or bake so everything gets washed and the counters ,stovetop etc. gets wiped constantly as I work. Today another smoked ham in applewood and mesquite this one packed in light brown sugar and smeared with wild clover honey (the one yesterday went to my mommas last night for our Christmas gathering with her) and a large Turkey breast buttered and saged,salted and peppered with thyme with a can of cola in the pan for succulent juices. Dinner around six you all got an open invite. Be safe , enjoy and peace and Merry Christmas to all.
