Taking final registrations - 8 places left... very very very very happy with Education Queensland... They are paying the costs for their teachers/therapists to go. Also very excited with how many private speechies are going. As a parent I can not express my thanks to those teachers/therapists who are giving up their private time to go. I hope this filters back through to our children and families with less frustration and more ability to communicate. I really cant wait to see how this works, not sure if it will be suitable for my son (I think it will be) - but having the ability to learn this from the best in Australia is a very unique opportunity. I am now allowing people from other areas to attend and will not be arranging another one next year - so if youd like to attend, speak now or forever hold your peace. Would love to see someone from Allied Health or Disability Services come along too :)
