Talents Education and Employability is based on the principle that humans have diversity of intelligence and capabilities, and that human life flourishes on original expression. The heart beat of this whole book is that education should equip human talents for expression. I believe that that is the way to be relevant in the 21st century and also in the future of life. Two models of educational system was pointed out; the industrial model and the human resource model. Over the industrial model, the human resource model was recommended. The reason given is that, the educational system that prevails until now was set up for the industrial economy that started in the 18th and 19th centuries. And so, its priorities does not educate for many other aspects of life. The need for the schools to recognize other forms of intelligence and to have a rethink of what is called academic disabilities was also addressed in this e-book. That no child is dumb if we understand that conventional education has not been able to embrace all of human possibilities. All what is recommended in this e-book is the need to adopt the human resource model, because in it is the solution for producing students with competences needed for life, success, the society, and the economy.
