Talk about good karma coming back 10 fold ! Earlier this week I came to pick up my afternoon children (whom I nanny) from school and I had a caramel frap in my hand. One of the after school counselors saw me and inquired about what I was drinking and how much she loved those drinks. I decided that next time I went to get a frap I would try and get her one. Fast forward to today. I was going to go to Starbucks again for a frap because I was really exhausted from all my nanny like activities, but decided to go to Peets. But I had decided that I could only afford my drink because funds are tight for me right now. Not only did I find VIP parking (whoop whoop!) but upon ordering my caramel freddo (with extra extra extra caramel of course), the cashier applied some kind of discount to where my large drink was only 2.90. After he pours my cup, there is extra for a smaller drink that he gives to me for free :). So upon picking up the boys, I gave the extra drink to the counselor which I am sure made her day :) But before I leave with the boys, she hands me a 25 dollar gift card to Peets. I know this is a long post but I just wanted to share that although you may want to be a blessing to someone but cant find the resources to do so. .blessings will come out of nowhere. Pass them down to others, you never know what you may get in return whether it may be a smile, someones day made brighter, or in my case the latter plus a gift card :)
