Talofa lava and good morning everyone! We here at Taputimu Farm take our Customers very seriously. We have been blessed to have been able to provide American Samoa with the best, fresh and local eggs for over 40 years. It has been a great honor to supply a plethora of businesses as well as Customers who have stayed loyal and supported us thoughout the many years. At this time, we would like to notify you that we do not have any eggs for sale. Our Farm steadily produces eggs for the market (and by market, we are referring to the market before the current egg shortage occurred). We understand that eggs are a basic necessity in any kitchen, however we do have consistent deliveries that go out every week to regular Customers. There is now a dramatic surge of Customers who are demanding eggs and threatening our employees and family when we deny them eggs. People are driving down to our farm and when the employees who are under our instruction reply with a Im very sorry, but we do not have eggs for sale, they drive upstairs to our home and yell and scream at our family. Please be advised that we are trying to accommodate everyones requests. We understand there is a need for eggs, but there is no need to be hostile. We have always encouraged supporting local products and now with the shortage of imported products, we are being demanded to satisfy the void. If our chickens could work fast enough, we would be more than happy to help, but due to the fact that it is a process just like anything else in life .. we are asking for your patience and understanding. With that said, we would like to inform all of you that we are only servicing our Customers at this time. Should we have any extra eggs to spare, we will be sure to make a public announcement. We are working hard to stay committed to our Customers. They are always our #1 priority, but we would also like to ask that our place of business and our homes are respected.
