We have exciting plans for future growth particularly in South London. We have recently carried out a fundamental review of our organisational structure so as to improve our service delivery and offer to tenants. We are currently recruiting to the following three new roles HOUSING SERVICES MANAGER Permanent Salary c£37k Location Tottenham, London N15 4AG REF TCHA0010513 The Housing Service Manager will be member of TCHA’s Senior Management who has the responsibility for driving forward the next phase of our service improvement programme to strengthen our Housing Services and to improve the professional standards we adopt in order to provide high quality services to our tenants and the community. The successful candidate will be responsible for the effective and efficient delivery of all aspects of Tamil Housing’s housing service and be responsible for the managing a small team of Housing and Neighbourhood Officers. Applicants should be educated to degree level or hold an appropriate qualification in a housing or related discipline. A full, clean, driving license is desirable. HOUSING AND NEIGHBOURHOODS OFFICER Permanent Salary c£27k Location Tottenham, London N15 4AG REF TCHA0020513 The successful candidate will be part of Tamil Housing’s Housing Service Team and will be expected to provide high quality housing and resident management services across a housing patch of approximately 150 properties located across a number of London boroughs. A full, clean, driving license is essential. ADMINISTRATIVE OFFICER Permanent Salary c£22k Location Tottenham, London N15 4AG REF TCHA0030513 The Administrative Officer will be responsible for providing administrative support to the housing services team including collating key performance indicator data. Experience of working in the housing sector will be an advantage. We expect the successful candidate to manage his/her workload effectively and able to work independently to support the housing team to deliver excellent housing services that puts tenants and community first.
