{Tammy} Today a reader asked me this question. Just wondering.... I really have loved all your Mason Jar salads.... They are awesome!! What other things do you usually choose for lunch? Also... How many calories do you shoot for in each meal?? Thanks!!! I almost always bring a mason jar salad for lunch. To keep it from getting boring I try to create new recipes all the time. You can find all of them here: organizeyourselfskinny/tag/mason-jar-salads/ I also bring with me a greek yogurt, cheese stick, and almonds for my mid morning and afternoon snacks. If I dont have a mason jar then I am usually bringing leftovers or wrap of sorts. But I have found that making my salads is the best way for me to get a healthy lunch in. I eat about 1600 - 1800 calories a day. I keep my meals to no more than 400 - 500 calories a meal and my snacks no more than 100 - 150 calories. And work real hard to get in lots of water.
