Tango~ A flame ignites. My core burns. Innocent passion turns tortured tango Forcing soul cleansing waters to surface on flesh, with hopes of extinguishing. Yet my back arches, toes curl, limbs dance like flames on water, fingers trace my flesh. Caught between a knowing. The flames of what was. Waters of pure innocence. Pleasure and torture pull upon unhealed burnt scars. Raw and tender. Cool dampness of my soul cleansing waters, now residing in my bedsheets. Begin to settle against fevered flesh. A reminder that the darkness is on fire again. My soul requires fresh water.
