Tanner received his first In School Suspension. He was grabbed by the throat by a kid & he fought back. Rightfully so. Im not mad at him & I will never reprimand my son for fighting back. We need to teach our children to stand up for themselves. What was he supposed to do? Allow himself to be shoved around? Screw that. I told him dont ever start a fight but you dang sure finish it. Im not raising a whiny whimp. Im raising a respectful young man who will never back down & stand his ground. He will never get in trouble at home for doing what is right. Every kid should be allowed to defend themselves. Our society is creating a bunch of victims. Not my boys. They have self respect & wont back down. #rantover
