Tara and Bj and I need anyones help that may have a number for someone regarding a place they r buying. Her name is Jane Stephens that was married to mark Stephens who now is deceased. His parents is Gene Stephens whom Tara has talked to but that are not in any contact with her. She lives in Eureka Springs but no one will seem to give her number or address to them for any help due to laws. But they need her signature and a death certificate of Mark before they can do their closing on the place. Any help would be appreciated.
