Taraba: BREAKING Suntai: Court Declines to Grant Injunction Restraining Medical Panel Governor Danbaba Danfulani Suntai Wole Ayodele in Jalingo A High Court of Taraba State presided over by Hon. Justice S. Haruna Tuesday declined to give an Order of interim injunction restraining the medical panel constituted by then speaker of Taraba State House of Assembly, Hon Josiah Sabo Kente from verifying the health condition of Governor Danbaba Danfulani Suntai from carrying out its function. Ruling on a motion brought before it in the case between Danbaba Danfulani Suntai (Plaintiff/Applicant)band The Hon. Speaker, Taraba State House of Assembly; Taraba State House of Assembly and Alhaji Garba Umar (Defendants Respondents), Justice Haruna said the Order of interim injunction cannot be granted because the medical panel was not made a party to the proceeding by the Applicant.
