Targeting burglars! Last night a male was detained on suspicion of committing a burglary in Manchester City Centre, he was disturbed by the occupier of the flat who then lead GMP officers to his location. The suspect was also wanted for another burglary and an assault. With some great community cooperation, a quick thinking member of the public and fast acting GMP officers we were able to arrest a prolific offender! #GreatResult Our officers were busy yesterday arresting another wanted burglary offender. He is now remanded in custody waiting to be seen at court; updates to follow later on today. Whilst we’re out targeting these offenders we would like you to remain vigilant with your properties. Fingers crossed there is some hot weather just around the corner, so please make sure that if you leave your property you’re locking your doors and windows. Don’t leave easy access to your home! #LockUpOrLooseOut
