Tasting schedule: Casual tastings every Saturday from 3-5PM and Tuesday from 6-7PM Saturday June 21st: Summers here, so its time to refresh our summer grill-out selections. Chardonnay is the number one selling white grape in the U.S., and its not because they all taste the same. We have two wonderful, lighter French Chards, one from the Ardeche (Domaine du Grangeon) and one from Chablis (Roland Lavantureux), perfect iced by the pool. Grilling is such a staple of summer living, we decided to pull a couple of perfect reds for just about anything- Petite Sirahs from Spellbound and Pennywise. So come, try some refreshing Chards and smooth/smoky reds to complete your summer. Well see you at the table. Sunday June 22nd: Its the first full day of Summer! This weeks suggested theme for our SYOB™ event is cool wines (whether temperature or style). See you at the table. (For those of you who may have missed it, our SYOB™ events- Share Your Own Bottle- put you in charge of what youd like to pour. Purchase any wine from our inventory, and bring it back to the tasting area to share amongst friends. Its the Social Media Revolution come to wine tastings.) Tuesday June 24th: Another great night of summer explorations await you, as we leave the wine opener in the drawer, and just enjoy. Tonight, we open with a pair of Napa Valley Sauvignon Blancs, from Mason Cellars and Oberon (Michael Mondavis lable). These serious, yet crisp whites are ready to be iced down while you turn it up on the entertaining. Good summer reds sometimes need to be put on ice too, as tonights Pinot Noirs will attest. A-Z (from Oregon) and Byron (their Santa Barbara County label) are just the kind of serious reds that can still dance with a bit
