Tattoo artist for 17 years, currently living in Australia (Bondi Beach), Daniela Vasconcellos, known as Dani Fairy’s Hands Tattoo works since she was 13 years old with the art of marking the skin with designs. Dani has already worked in Porto Alegre, São Paulo, Rio de Janeiro, Buzios and Florianopolis (Brazil). In 2010, she was invited to work for various studios in Europe, where she began her international recognition as a tattoo artist, having left her mark in six different countries. (She has also tattoed in New York and Oceania) With deep experience Dani has about 12 000 jobs in her’s portfolio, some of them in distinguished clientele and nationally known as football players, models and TV artists. Besides tattooing, she has an independent program diffused at her own website, where she talks about art, culture, information, health and sport. Daniela shows, films (often with hand cam), directs, produces and edits the whole program! She also writes and illustrates books for children. Daniela studied law (but did not complete the course) and does work as a photographic model. Her most challenging achievement as a tattoo artist, held in 2010, was a tattoo of a phoenix on her own leg. The work required a lot of concentration and technique because she had to use the mirror.
