Teacher Moment of the Day: Student in my class bypasses 4 teachers to enter a classroom during recess. Me: Excuse me sir, where are you going? Boy: To get a drink, Teach. Me: Well, you need to ask for permission before you leave my sight. I am responsible for you. Boy: Ok. {Which is followed by an awkward silence while we both stare at each other.} Me: Is there something youd like to ask me? Boy: Oh yeah, can I go get a drink? Me Yes, sir. Thank you for asking. Boy: Where do I go and get a drink? Me: Well, where you going before I stopped you? Boy: To get a drink, Teach. I was rolling. I guarantee you I will be paying big bucks to see this childs comedy routine someday. :)
