Team Ryker, another PMAR pup needs some help...my foster sister, Xaria. Xaria came to us as a pregnant senior (7 years old) who was living at a junkyard and receiving minimal care. She was rescued just in time because she went into labor yesterday and it turns out, she needed us more than we would know. Mamas birth started with a stillborn pup and then labor did not proceed normally. We knew something was wrong so we rushed her to the vet. They did a quick scan of her belly and could only see what looked to be one abnormal pup that was causing a blockage so it was urgent that they do an emergency C-section. And then a little miracle happened, they discovered that behind that partially formed pup was a little healthy baby boy, and Xander was born into the world. We are so very thankful that mama came to us in time and that we were able to give her the emergency care she needed to ensure that mama and baby made it through!
