I teach Shotokan Karate at the Hope Mills-YMCA. Classes are Tuesday and Thursday evenings, 6:30 pm till 9:00 pm, time range by age. The age range is 3 years old and up. Prices are affordable and there are NO CONTRACTS. The students learn honor, respect and discipline along with teaching them how to defend themselves. We also teach a Women’s Self - Defense classes once a month at the Hope Mills-YMCA for $10.00 per person. I will come to your church or private event to teach a self-defense class as well.
